About Us The company was formed in March 1995, however we are already building a reputation for reliability and quality of operations through our extensive client base. We take immense pride in the quality of our services built up through dedicated effort and recommendation by our extensive portfolio of customers. All our clients are equally important to us however small or large. Our fully trained staff are dedicated to giving you the best possible service at all times. Our Directors, Management and Supervisory staff have many years of experience in all types of Industrial and Commercial Cleaning and other projects. We enforce a rigorous quality control system to ensure that standards are kept high over a long period of time. We believe that cleaning and maintenance matters should be our concern and not yours and do all we can to achieve this. Our response times, although excellent, are constantly monitored. All telephone calls are logged and relayed to the relevant party. All our operations are supervised by our Area Contracts Managers/Supervisors. These are in contact via mobile phones. All our operations are covered by our insurance policies. Our aim through growth is to be able to offer our customers a greater variety of services and a Quality Assurance. Our areas of operation include South, West and Mid Wales, the Marches, West Country, The Midlands, Devon and Cornwall. |
